1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ImpulRimug website (impulrimug.com) and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ImpulRimug provides English language learning services including:

• In-person and online English courses
• Test preparation programs (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
• Business English training
• Educational resources and materials
• Student support services

3. Registration and Account

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment

• Course enrollment is subject to availability and our admission requirements
• We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
• Age restrictions may apply to certain programs

Payment Terms

• Full payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise arranged
• All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Payment plans may be available for certain programs
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Student Cancellations

• Cancellations made 14 days before course start: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before start: 50% refund
• Cancellations made within 7 days of start: No refund
• No refunds after course commencement

ImpulRimug Cancellations

• Full refund if we cancel a course
• Alternative course options may be offered
• We are not liable for any additional costs incurred

6. Student Conduct and Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes regularly and punctually
• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
• Complete assignments and participate actively
• Follow all school policies and procedures
• Not engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Respect intellectual property rights

Violation of conduct expectations may result in suspension or dismissal without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by ImpulRimug are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree that:

• Materials are for personal, non-commercial use only
• You will not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials
• You will not modify or create derivative works
• All rights remain with ImpulRimug

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImpulRimug shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of our services
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Force Majeure

ImpulRimug shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative solutions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, if negotiation fails
• Application of Ontario and Canadian federal law

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to services will cease
• Outstanding fees remain due
• Provisions surviving termination remain in effect
• No additional refunds will be provided beyond our standard policy

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
